1. What is Cooper? Cooper is a financial tool helping users save their funds for specific targets. Cooper also help Users manage their Contribution and accounts. 2. How do I withdraw my funds on Cooper? You can easily withdraw your funds by activating a withdrawal and choosing your bank account you want to receive your funds 3. What Contribution can I join? Contributions are not regulated but based on social capital and trust, hence you should still join only Contributions and Cooperatives with trusted people, with common interest 4. How do I join a Contribution? You either can be invited to join or start a Contribution with your close associates. 7. What should I do if I run into an issue? Depending on the issue you run into, if the issue is with operating the Cooper platform, you can send us a mail at support@cooperlock.com 10. What type of debit cards can I use on Cooper? You can use any type of debit or credit card on Cooper, through our payment gateway partners including Stripe and Flutterwave. 23. How do I get members for my Contribution? You use the Invite Members feature of the Cooperative admin to invite members to your Contribution 24. What happens when I invite someone through email? They receive an email from Cooper platform, from where they can create their Cooper account and then join your Contribution. 26. Regarding Contributions, How do I create a Contribution on Cooper? This is as easy as requesting to be a Contribution admin from your Cooper account dashboard, after activation, you can then switch to your Contribution admin account. 27. How do I get members to join my Contribution? You use the Invite Members feature of the Contribution admin to invite members to your Contribution.Contact Us
